| We prepare the numeric data and results for a company's business plan. Our work may go way beyond the capacity of a simple excel spread sheet and require extensive programming depending on the requirements of a project. We help businesses tell their story by taking the important variables effecting their business and putting them visually into a comprehensible format and end result. No business plan can be complete without a numeric forecast and framework.
Even a small / simple business plan can cost thousands of dollars to prepare. A business plan for a pizza restaurant or a service station or even a coffee shop can take a week to draw up costing you as much as $5000. Many people considering starting a small business prefer to overlook the utility of a business plan and are able to do so if they are investing ONLY their own money. However those that require funding through more conventional sources often are required to have some type of minimum financial plan in hand. We can help by potentially offering a less expensive solution. We create the facility to generate your numeric forecast based on the parameters applicable to the business of interest to you. You input the variables reflecting the demographics of the environment your business will operate and a financial forecast is generated. This method of producing a financial forecast allows for multiple scenarios. This is not the case using the traditional methods in preparing a financial forecast. With this numeric analysis you can either stop at this point, i.e. many banks may accept just a numeric analysis without a formal written business plan for submission as part of an application for a SBA loan, or you can tell your story and write your own formal business plan using the numeric forecast produced by our models. |

A business plan is a document that serves as a guide to your business and conveys its prospects and growth potential. In order to obtain financing or for other reasons listed above, one must have a sound, well written professionally prepared business plan that can clearly and concisely articulate your business model and present a complete story about the business. See some example charts from previous business plans prepared by us, Chart_1 and Chart_2. Most business plans are rejected due to poor organization and formulation of the business plan. Here is a simple Outline. We prepare optimization analyses for the implementation of new product lines or equipment roll out. Most large businesses that roll out new leased or financed equipment are overwhelmed by the varying needs of each business line. We gather all the necessary information and assist you in determining the right mix of equipment. |
